CAIRN Land Acquisition

KellyWalsh have negotiated the sale of 6 residential development sites on behalf of Argentum Property Holdings to Cairn Plc.

The deal was done off market and involved sites which are near ready to go. The deal will see Cairn start to build out a number of housing sites in 2016 in the Dublin area.

KellyWalsh will be handling the sale of the new homes on the development sites.
