Garvan has over twenty years’ experience in the Commercial and Residential Property Market in Ireland, since graduating with a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Surveying from Bolton Street.
He joined DTZ Sherry Fitzgerald in 1994 where he worked in the Investment and then the Industrial Agency Divisions. Garvan then set up the Development Land Department in CBRE in 1997 and within 3 years was seen as a market leader.
In April 2003 Garvan set up Kelly Walsh Property Advisors & Agents with Jeremy Kelly. During its short history the company has enjoyed exceptional success across the Commercial, Development Land and Residential Homes sectors. They advise all the major lending institutions on commercial property and development land.
Garvan has extensive experience in valuing all asset classes, specialising in development land, and was heavily involved in the NAMA Valuation process.
