Kelly Walsh have been instructed to introduce the Park Academy Portfolio to the market.

This portfolio comprises a collection of 6 modern crèche facilities primarily located in South County Dublin let to the Park Academy Limited.

The overall investment is producing an annual income of €646,838 with a WAULT of 13.75 years. The portfolio is for sale by Public Tender with a guide price of €7,600,000 for the entire which represents an attractive yield of 8.15% after allowing for standard purchasing costs.

The Directors of the Park Academy Limited are providing a PG for three years on the overall income.
