Bryan joined Kelly Walsh as a Senior Surveyor in 2014. He is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer.

He has over twelve years’ experience in the Irish Property Industry specialising in General Agency and Property Management. During his career to date Bryan has held positions in the Private Residential Tenancy Board, Wyse Property Management and McNally Handy.

Bryan has extensive experience in valuing all asset classes.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Auctioneering, Valuations and Estate Agency and a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Property Studies, both from Bolton Street. He is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
